Στον κατάλογο των διαγνώσεων (Conditions) περιλαμβάνεται σίγουρα μία διάγνωση νεοπλασίας (με κωδικοποίηση κατά ICD-O-3: DiagnosisICDO3) και χαρακτηρισμό ως "Πρωτοπαθές νεόπλασμα". Ωστόσο, ο κατάλογος των διαγνώσεων (Conditions) μπορεί να περιλαμβάνει και διαγνώσεις συνοδών νοσημάτων, κατά ICD-10 (Icd10Diagnosis).
Προκειμένου να έχετε πρόσβαση στα εν λόγω δεδομένα ασθενή, θα πρέπει να υπάρχει ήδη συσχέτιση ασθενή με το αναγνωριστικό του ενεργού ιατρού ή του οργανισμού του ιατρού. Διαφορετικά, θα επιστραφεί σφάλμα με HTTP κωδικό 451.
